Some Teacher-devised Examples

Introduction


The integrated unit case studies featured here have been contributed by schools and teachers. They are provided as examples of the variety of approaches used by teachers to develop integrated learning programs. Full copies of the units have not been included, but overviews of knowledge, understanding and skills and syllabus outcomes that are the focus of each program.

Multi-Stage
This selection of multi-stage integrated units has been included to address a need expressed by teachers in small schools with multi-stage classes. Several of the units   have a strong Aboriginal perspective.
