Students present their report. It can be in the form of an oral presentation, PowerPoint presentation, role-play as the person highlighting their perseverance qualities. Amend the brainstorm list if appropriate. Click here to see classroom display. Students write in their journals the qualities and personal traits that are evident in the person in their book study. They reflect on what makes/made them persevere and check against the previous list compiled at the beginning of the unit. Students suggest amendments to the brainstorm list from Learning sequence 1.
