Part 3 - Time management and revisiting the Design Brief

  • Find out how 5/6H students and their teacher Jan Hancock from Penshurst West Public School implement a `Space' unit with an emphasis on the designing and making process.
  • Follow how these students and their teacher learn more about designing and making, negotiating tasks and dealing with resource management issues.
  • The Board of Studies has determined that further support for Science and Technology K-6 will address findings from the limited evaluation of this key learning area conducted in 1996. As part of this support, the Board of Studies website will include a number of articles that illustrate examples of teaching practice and classroom/resource management linked to primary Science and Technology.
